How to Put on Your TAB Bra
STEP 1: Put on your TAB Bra and attach the hooks
With the straps loosened, put the bra on as you would normally put on a bra.
Fasten the hooks of the middle row of eyes. Some women prefer to hitch the hooks behind their back then lift the bra to fit under their breasts; others prefer to put the bra on backwards (like a belt) and spin the bra around. You should be able to run one finger under the front band of the bra and at lest two fingers in the back.

STEP 2: Position your TAB Bra
Place your arms through the shoulder straps.
Lift the bra upwards until the shelf slides to a natural stop against the breast tissue.
Adjust the shoulder straps.
STEP 3: Adust the shoulder straps
Adjust the shoulder straps by sliding the straps until they come to a natural stop and are gently lifting the bust and the shelf.
Grip the bra under the arm with the thumb and index finger and lift until the shelf comes to a natural stop against your breast tissue. The other hand should hold the side tissue underneath while lifting.

STEP 4: Position the breast tissue ("load 'em" and "lock 'em")
Unhook each cup cover from its support strap (See Step 4A)
Reach in the opening and lift the breast tissue from under the rib cage and place the breast tissue in front onto the "shelf support".
The shelf support will direct and hold the tissue sufficiently if the bra has been properly sized.
Pull the cup cover back up and over the breast, and hook it onto the fastener.
Bend forward slightly and shake a little to help to place any of the wayward tissue from the back and under your arms into the front.
Now that your breasts are "loaded", "lock" them in place. Stand straight and fasten the cup cover over the front of the breast.
Repeat this process on the other side.

Step 5: Final Adjustments
Pull the bottom of the bra down around the torso to ensure it is low in the back and under the shoulder blades.
Snuggle the front of the bra upwards to where it comes to a natural stop.
